Refund policy
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
- Used or opened shoe cleaning wipes
- Products damaged due to misuse
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping:
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
